We combine organic blackberries, organic turbinado sugar and organic lemon juice and bring it all to a nice boil. Then into the roiling mixture goes organic lapsang souchang tea, that smoked black tea from China, to give the berries a hint of that campfire flavor we love in the great outdoors! A natural glaze for for your next duck breast, or smear a big dollop onto a pastrami sandwich. Stir it into some unctuous Greek yogurt! The smokiness is subtle, not overpowering.

Who knew blackberry jam could be so distinguished? I can't get enough of this jam. It's great for a sweet tooth as well as a condiment at the dinner table. My favorite jam has been Paragon's apricot, but this is a close, close second.

Adding lapsang souchong tea to blackberry jam was a stroke of genius. I've never met a berry jam I didn't like, but this complex, smoky, nuanced jam goes above and beyond.
